Solution: ZED designs, imports, and locally assembles electric motorcycles for fleet managers and asset financiers while operating a network of battery swapping stations (ABDs) and offering battery-as-a-service to riders.
ZED trains local technicians in electric motorcycle assembly, maintenance, and repair, creating job opportunities. We also partner with local organizations to offer financing and insurance, making motorcycle access and upkeep easier for drivers.
Automated Battery Dispenser (ABD)
ZED operates ABD's - solar- and grid-powered mobile battery charging stations - strategically located at convenient spots throughout cities.
Each ABD features 12 battery slots and can charge up to 10 batteries simultaneously in just 2-3 hours. Riders can quickly swap a depleted battery for a fully charged one and make instant digital payments for a seamless experience.
ZED'BATTERY
ZED offers smart Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries to riders on a daily basis. These batteries are more durable, longer-lasting, faster-charging, and safer than traditional lead acid batteries.
ZED has also developed its proprietary intelligent portable battery management system for enhanced performance and reliability.
